While working at Pinnacle Brand Group, I collaborated with the president and regional sales manager to conceptualize a mobile application that could be used by salespeople and their managers. Its purpose? To serve as the one-stop shop for all things related to Gordon Rush.

As of recent, sales for Gordon Rush shoes have been on the decline. In order to change this trend, I worked with the CEO and regional sales manager to better understand where to go from here. With that said, the following goals were outlined for the Gordon Rush mobile application:

• Incentivize salespeople to choose Gordon Rush over competitors for their clients

• Provide an easily accessible guide for all shoes on offer and their details

• Introduce reward points system

• Monitor sales to recognize high-achieving salespeople.
