As lead designer for this project, I reevaluated Edge’s onboarding and trading flows. This required (1) assessing Edge’s current third party provider and its user flow, and (2) conceptualizing the registration and cryptocurrency trade procedure for all other third parties to adopt in the future.

After researching and reviewing Edge’s current third party provider, there were a few points that would need to be improved upon with the new iteration of KYC and no-KYC user flows. A few finding include:

• Long loading times between screens

• Requirement to choose destination cryptocurrency wallet prior to new user registration

• Errors when uploading personal documents

• Non-functional option for selling cryptocurrency, only buying cryptocurrency is functional
